Commissioner of the Department of Compulsory Military Service, Taipei City Government Commissioner Deputy Commissioner Chief Secretary Senior Executive Officers Physical Examination Division Conscription Service Division Rights and Benefits Division Substitute Military Service Center Administrative Services Accounting Office Personnel Office Government Ethics Office Substitute Military Service Center Major Functions of the Divisions and Substitute Military Service Center Physical Examination Division This division is in charge of the enlistment investigation, physical examination, exemption, enlistment deferment, and management of overseas Chinese for all draftee-to-be and draftees who reside in Taipei City. Conscription Service Division This division takes charge of the lot-drawing, conscription, advanced demobilization, application and investigation for substitute military service and army reserve reinforcements, and promotion and restoration of military service for all draftee-to-be and draftees who reside in Taipei City. Rights and Benefits Division This division is responsible for the rights and benefits for the in-active-service personnel and his/her family, management of military cemetery, militias, management of draftee-to-be and draftees of substitute military service and army reserve reinforcements, execution of supervising and evaluating the military service affairs of each district office, and other administrative affairs that relate to the military service of Taipei City. Substitute Military Service Center This center takes responsibility for planning and drafting the policies of substitute military service and supervising the performances of substitute military servicemen of Taipei City.
